De 25 de setembro a 5 de outubro, o Cine Humberto Mauro (Avenida Afonso Pena, 1537 - Centro) dá sequência à mostra que foi iniciada no 16º Festival Internacional de Curtas de Belo Horizonte: à Retrospectiva Ken Jacobs. É a primeira vez que uma mostra especial do Festival se estende além da temporada prevista. Com entrada franca.

Jacobs é um dos nomes importante do cinema experimental norte-americano, que ele próprio denomina “cinema indeterminado”. Durante 59 anos de carreira, o artista explora uma linguagem que liberta o público para interpretar e refletir sobre aquilo que é projetado na tela.
